What is this tool?
This TARGET diagnostic tool is designed to match SMEs with the TARGET toolkit(s) most appropriate for their business needs. Key performance indicators (KPIs) in the categories of quality, cost, responsiveness and innovation, are used to identify potential initiatives to maximise efficiency in e.g. product design and innovation, process capacity and costs, and maximised employee and customer relationships. Initiatives are time based and linked to the KPI’s. The end result is a report signposting the company to the most appropriate TARGET Toolkit(s) to meet their needs.
